Refunds and cancellations
Payment workflows are not active yet, so refunds are not currently processed in-app.
RealityNG does not currently run production payment, escrow, lease-payment, or booking-payment workflows. Future payment features will need dedicated terms.
RealityNG standard
Do not treat external payments as RealityNG-protected payments.
Payments, disputes, proof uploads, and transaction tracking belong to future approved sprints.
Use caution before sending money outside the platform.
Current payment status
The current platform supports discovery, inquiries, viewings, rental applications, verification, dashboards, and assistant guidance. Production payment handling is out of scope.
External payments
If a user pays a third party outside RealityNG, that payment is not processed, held, or protected by RealityNG.
Future payment workflows
Future phases may include payment milestones, proofs, dispute tracking, and transaction history. Those features will require additional policies.
Cancellation guidance
Viewing requests and applications can follow their own workflow statuses. Financial cancellation policies should be confirmed directly with the counterparty until in-platform payments exist.
